If the charts are the same symbol, then the most likely culprit would be the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval. It sounds like one of the charts may be set different from the other. If these are different symbols, then you need to keep in mind that Sierra Chart does not update the chart unless there is a trade, so one symbol may have a lot of trading occurring and it is updating at the "Chart Update Interval", but the other chart with low trading is waiting for the trades to occur before it updates.
