You really need to use the Denali Data Feed . Complete the agreements here and activate the exchange you need: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME This will bypass all of the data issues from Interactive Brokers. Let us know if you need help.
