You can use the Rithmic data, but it is not our recommendation. And yes, we wish the situation with the CME Group was much simpler, but it is what it is. -- First, make sure that you are connected to your Rithmic account. If you have not already done so, follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Then, open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to make sure you have the correct symbols for Rithmic. You should be getting the data and able to trade with this setup.
