1. Set the option for Tools >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always On when Chart Values Tool Selected to Yes and the option for Tools >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Action When Other Tools Selected to Always On When Using Other Tools. Then select the Hand tool and you will have the Crosshairs and use the Hand tool to move the chart around. Refer to the documentation for these settings starting at the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Always On When Chart Values Tool Selected (Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Chart Values) 2. You would have to use a second chart that has bars of not more than 1 hour (and bars that are evenly divisible into 1 hour (10 minutes, 30 minutes, but not 45 minutes)). Then setup the Initial Balance study on that chart. Refer to the following: Initial Balance then use the Study/Price Overlay to get the information onto the 24 hour chart. You would have to create those particular items and then you can use the Text Display for Study to put the information into a specific chart where that window is detached and made smaller so that you can just view the information you want.
