You first need to update your Account Information, as we pull the data from this for these forms. Since you do not have a valid Address in your Account Information, it is not valid for the agreements. You can update the information for your account at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

Then you can redo the agreements and be sure to enter your trading account information for the FCM/Broker and Account Number.

Let us know when you have redone these so we can verify them and change your status if everything is correct.
