I have to admit I'm really confused at this point. Why do I need to activate exchanges when I'm not using Denali anymore? Another issue seems to be that when I try to go to my Account Control Panel I consistently get a error 404 message. At that point I am instructed to fill out a Account Support Ticket. Again, I tested Rithmic for 2 weeks without issue and appear to be connected to Ritmic now but nothing is updating.
