Is it correct that the exchange fees mentioned above are charged by my broker along with the trading commissions and cannot be included with the fees paid to SC?
This is not fully correct. If you are using CQG or Rithmic for order routing, then you could be paying exchange fees to get data from either of those order routing services. If you are using our Teton Order Routing Service, then you have to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as the data is not available elsewhere. In this case, you are getting the data from us. Even if you are using CQG or Rithmic for order routing, you can still get the data for the CME Group, EUREX and CFE from us. If you do this, then you would want to ensure your broker is not charging you as well for data you are not using.
