To modify the size of the text that is displayed in the "Modify Text" window while you are typing it in, you need to change the "Text Windows" Font. Refer to the information here: Graphics Settings: Text Windows - (current font name) If you want to change the default text for the drawing itself (what is drawn after you select OK on the "Modify Text" window), then that is controlled by the option for Tools >> Tool Settings >> General >> Global Chart Drawing Font.
