You can go through the information at the following link, but most likely this is due to the data you are receiving. Start here:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

And if that does not resolve your issue then you need to check with your broker and see if you are setup to get the data from them that includes the Market Depth.

Another option would be to us our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data. Refer to the following for the information on our Denali Data Feed:
