Did you set the option for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Detailed Continuous Futures Contract Chart Logging to Yes?

Is your Continuous Futures Contract setup as a Back-Adjusted option?

Please make sure you go through each item at the following link explicitly and let us know if you continue to have an issue:

Also make sure you look through the rest of the Message Log, they may not be exactly at the end of the log, depending on what else is occurring in the system at that moment.
