We see that you have completed the agreements for the CFE, but you have not activated the exchange. You need to activate the exchange you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedCFE#Exchanges Again, make sure you understand that this is the VIX Futures, not the $VIX cash index. Also, since we are at the end of the month, you may want to wait until April 1 to activate the exchange. The exchanges are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month, and then pay again on April 1, for the month of April.
