You are not setup to get the VIX data. You do have access to the delayed streaming data for the VIX futures, and if you want real-time data for the VIX futures, you can activate the CFE exchange by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges If you are looking for the VIX cash index, then that is no longer available.
