Did you make sure you have set the Server and Username and Password correctly in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings? Did you contact your broker for help and make sure you know exactly what those should be set to. Yes: if I buy the Denali Data feed can I use Rithmic for passing orders and Denali data feed for getting market and historical data.
