Last question. I understand market depth data is like Level 2 data on a broker platform like DAS with Interactive Brokers; it gives one the ability to see orders on the book that have not yet been transacted (tape). If this is an accurate explanation / understanding then my question is:

Yes, this is correct. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Nomenclature: Market Depth

If I do not use DOM or "forward looking" studies or Sierra Chart Tools to trade would I be affecting the speed of my order flow (tape) using Numbers Bars Study by removing the Market Depth Data? or do I recall correctly that the Numbers Bars Study requires Market Depth Data?

Arguably, you could improve your data flow by not having the Market Depth, but if you have a good connection, it probably will not make any difference. It is not something we have looked at, so we can't give specific information (and it will depend on your connection to the data source).

The Numbers Bars study does NOT require the Market Depth data. The Numbers Bars data is all based on actual trades that have occurred.

Lastly, if Market Depth Data is required for my techniques then please cancel the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts".

We do not know if you need the Market Depth data or not. It is something you have to decide. Whichever way you go, you can deactivate the exchange you do not need at the following link:
