I'm getting the incorrect COVID low of 247 for DIA from SC when the correct low is 181.2 (https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1679299893640.png). The thread was locked in Incorrect High for DIA (Dow Industrial Average) where I showed the incorrect high in the DIA so I was unable to respond. I believe data integrity is a high priority for traders so I am continuing this discussion. You stated there that, "The data is what it is and it is not within our control and there is no time that we will spend on this whatsoever." You are the data provider and should be responsible for providing correct data. Can you not direct the issue upstream?
