Most likely it is just the wrong symbols, as you specify that one message is stating "...NQM23-CME", but Rithmic uses a period in between the symbol and the exchange, so it should be "NQM23.CME".

Open your Chartbook(s) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should resolve it. Then when you need to open a new symbol, make sure you select it from the File >> Find Symbol window in order to ensure that you have the correct format.
