You can view your recurring services (the services you are getting billed for) on the "Recurring Services" page. There is a link on the Main Control Panel on our website for your account, or you can select the following link to get there directly: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices You are on Package 11, but you have not activated any of the exchanges in order to get the real-time data. You can activate the exchanges for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges But, before you activate anything, we note that you have not connected to a live, funded, trading account in a few years. Keep in mind that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional pricing, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can verify by having you connect to the account at least once a month (if you are not staying connected at all times).
