First, we do not recommend saving Chartbooks anywhere other than the standard Data folder within the Sierra Chart installation folder. But, even having saved them to your Desktop should not be causing issues with starting Sierra Chart. Did you change any of the settings related to the Paths for where items are stored? Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Paths (Global Settings >> General Settings) What exactly is occurring when you try to start your Sierra Chart? Does the program start at all? Are you able to get the Login screen? Does the program come up, but with no chartbooks open? Something else?
