What is the symbol of that chart? Off hand, it does not look like this is anything odd, it just looks like the typical changes in the market as liquidity is used up. But, your chart update interval does look a bit slow. What is Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds set to?
