You are only setup to get real-time data for EUREX. But we see that you are trying to access data for the CME Group. If you also want data for the CME Group, then follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You should be getting the real-time data for EUREX products, such as the chart that uses the symbol "FDAXH23-EUREX".
