That is most likely due to the size of the data files. As time goes on you will continue to store the data that you have had in the past, even if you are not viewing it. There are a few things you can do about this: - Compress older data into a higher timeframe (rather than 1 tick data, you could store it as 1 minute data). Refer to the following: Intraday Data File Management - If you are dealing with Futures Data and you do not need the older contracts, you can delete those files. Also, do not use the Continuous Futures Contract option unless you need to.
