You are on Package 5 (Base Advanced), which means that you only have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Cryptocurrencies, and Market Statistics. Any data from the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, and NASDAQ TotalView is delayed streaming data, which is 10-15 minutes behind the market (depending on exchange). If you are just getting used to Sierra Chart, then we recommend using this Delayed Streaming Data, as it acts, in all ways, the same as real-time data, but is free of cost as long as you have an active service package (or on a trial). If you feel that you need real-time data at this point, then we would need to know what are the exchanges for which you want real-time data. We can then direct you from there.
