The only way to get the data when not connected to Interactive Brokers is to change the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services.

When you make this change, you will need to ensure that you update your symbols for the current service. As the symbols are going to be different between the two services.

Another option, would be to install a second Sierra Chart that is just always connected to SC Data - All Services, so you do not have to change the settings and the symbols. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
