Hello, I have 2 accounts with 3 differents companies (Dorman, Apex Funding and Elite Funding), 2 of them use Rithmic data. I installed copies of Sierra Chart on 3 different computers. I followed all the setup instructions, I can run all instances of Sierra, but only the instance that I connect first gets real time data. The other instances just sits there. For example, I start both instances. I connect the Dorman instance and it runs fine. Now I connect the Apex or Elite instance. It downloads Historical Data, then just sits there. If I start Apex first, the 2 others downloads historical data, then just sits there. They are accessing completely different brokerages, data feeds, etc. They are on separate computers. What I need to do? Any help appreciated. Thanks |
