The account you posted from was expired (you do not have any Usage Time). This would be why you received that notice.

We see that you did not use all the time from your trial therefore we have setup your account to be on Package 12 for 15 days. This will allow you to connect to Rithmic, which you would not be able to do on a trial. When the 15 days are over, you will then have to activate a paid package in order to continue to use the system.
