You will only see the orders on the charts for the active account. Therefore, when you switch back and forth, you will not be able to see the orders from the account that you are not connected to at that time.

This is not a problem - unless it becomes one - which it has. Therefore, the solution is to use 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart - one for each trading account. There are no additional fees or costs to doing this, as long as you install the second Sierra Chart on the same computer. Refer to the following for the instructions:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

As to the issue with your Apex account, the first thing is to call Apex and check the status of your orders. If you still have open orders then you will need to close them through them (although chances are that you are not allowed to hold orders overnight, so you probably are closed out already).

Then when you have your Sierra Chart installation setup for your Apex account, make sure that Sierra Chart is matching your position at that time (which should be flat - no positions). If something is open in Sierra Chart and it is not the case in the market, then that means that you are missing the order fill to close things out. In this case, refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Manually Inserting Missing Order Fills

Also refer to the information given above for the Daily P/L in order to give you instructions for how to establish a daily zero value.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
