No that would not make any difference. Yeah so im getting about 2 days worth. I did all the steps and nothing. This would mean this is all the data that is available for that exchange.The only other thing we can recommend is set this particular setting to 1 Minute and try re-downloading the data again: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
