As noted above, you should get a notification when you start Sierra Chart asking you to use the file. If you say Yes, then it will automatically be put in the appropriate location. You should get the notification for each installation of Sierra Chart. If you just have the file and you are not getting prompted about it, then you need to put the file manually into the correct location and with the correct name. Keep in mind that you should save your original Sierra4.config file before using the new one. The file itself needs to be in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. Typically this is C:\SierraChart, but it could be different on your system (and at least one installation of yours will be different). Make sure Sierra Chart is not running. The original file is named Sierra4.config. You should save that, and then copy the Sierra4.config.new to this folder and then rename it to Sierra4.config.
