You will have to pay someone for the data. The issue of connecting to an account is for the CME Group data, where they require that you have live, funded, futures trading account in order to allow you to get the data at their non-professional fees. If you are not wanting data from the CME Group, then you do not need to worry about this. Therefore, what you have specified will work - you would need Package 10 (our lowest priced package that will allow you to get real-time data) and then activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
