Post From: Chartbook won't load after upgrade from 1137 to 1139

1. I ran SC 1137 with a startup Chartbook that takes about 1 minute to fully load. At this point SC is using about 1,626,036K of RAM as shown in the "working set" column of Windows Task Manager. (Note: this machine contains 24 Gig and is running Windows 7; my trading service is OEC FIX/FAST; and SC is disconnected from the trading service during all the testing.) 2. I upgraded 1137 to 1139 using the SC Help Menu item, and restarted SC. My intent was to try the SC Exchange Feed stock data. 3. Now the same startup Chartbook tries to load (25% of 4 cores are in constant use) but SC runs indefinitely without completion and all windows are frozen. I waited more than 20 minutes to no avail. Interestingly, the "working set" column of Windows Task Manager now never shows more than 629,136K of RAM in use. 4. Perhaps if I were to wait long enough the Chartbook would load successfully; but this large a time degradation is unworkable in my application. As a aside, when I go back to the 1137 version, the load time returns to the normal 1 minute. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-05-18 17:55:00
