We are trying to understand what exactly you mean by "frozen". Are you able to interact with the interface? Can you select items from the menus? You state you try closing the chartbook and reopening - so this means you can select File >> Close Chartbook? Does the chartbook close? Can you reopen it? It sounds like it is just the data that is not updating in this instance. Is this correct?
