We think what you did was not save the Trading DOM. Therefore, when you opened the Chartbook again, the Trading DOM was not automatically there, so you would have opened a new Trading DOM, which does exactly that - opens a brand new Trading DOM. It does not open the Trading DOM that you had setup previously. You need to make sure the Trading DOM is open when you save your Chartbook, this way when you open the Chartbook the Trading DOM will come back. The Trading DOM is a Chart-like object, so this is how it works. This is different from items like the Time and Sales or Market Depth windows.
