No package gives you the real-time data without paying the exchange fees. The Integrated packages just give you the ability to get the real-time data, unlike the Base packages, where you can not get any real-time data (except for Forex and CFDs). In order to get the real-time data, you need to go through the setup instructions for the particular exchange you want. Refer to the information for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Also, be aware that if you want real-time data for the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the (much lower priced) non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges But, regardless of the above, you should still be getting the delayed streaming data. Please get us your message log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with.
