Hi, I activated a trial sierra account yesterday and also upgraded to service package 12 last night to get complete access to the sierra service. I am yet to get any data on the chart as the Nasdaq 100 chart is still at close of trade price on 13/2/23 which is quite strange even for a delayed service of 10 minutes. I was under the impression that a service package 12 is the full service with live data and advanced tools. kindly help
