You would set an "Alert" on the Bollinger Band study (there is a tab for Alerts on the Settings window for the study). Since you just want to be alerted when price crosses the Bollinger Band, the alert entry would look like the following: =CROSSOVER(C, ID1.SG1) Where C is the Close (last or current price) and ID1.SG1 is the ID of the Bollinger Bands Study and SG (Subgraph) 1 of the Bollinger Bands study (Top Band). Then select an Alert Sound on that Alerts tab and any other settings as you need them.
