Support, Would you be able to help? I'm new to Sierra Chart; I'm not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. 1. I'm trying to figure out if I'm my charts are getting real-time data or not (the menu bar for all my charts say "Delayed"). 2. I'm not able to place a limit order; the limit order never gets filled. I'm running in "simulated futures trading" mode. I'm using service package 11. I signed up with EdgeClear-IronBeam for the non-pro CME data fees. I signed the CME doc's and activated a CME package. 3. Seirra chart requires that I connect Sierra Chart to my live trading account at least once a month. Do I do this by directly logging into IronBeam? Or do I connect to IronBeam from Sierra Chart? If I'm supposed to connect through Sierra Chart, which of the "Current selected Services" do I pick. I haven't seen an option for IronBeam or EdgeClear. Right now, I've selected "Trading Evaluator [trading]". Thank you for your patience and any help with this. |
