1) Not if you want to use the "Percent Change since Open" study. But you could do this by using the Spreadsheet Study and getting the Price you want for the specific time, then using that to calculate the percentage. 2) Open a chart for one of the symbols for which you are having this issue and make sure you have the data. See if that also resolves the issue of the flat line and let us know.
