In order to connect to your Rithmic account and get the data from Rithmic, you need to be on one of the Integrated packages. Further, since you state you need TPO charts that means that you need to use the Integrated Advanced package (Package 11). You will find the information on the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you have not already done so, you will need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your Rithmic account, once you have changed to Package 11: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Note that if you change to Package 11 at any time before your trial is done, the remaining trial time will be added to the paid package time (i.e. you do not lose the trial time).
