Select Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths and note the path for the Data Files Folder. Also make sure that the option for Always use 'Data' folder within Main Folder is set to Yes. If it not - then stop here and let us know. Start the update and when the update installer comes up make sure the path that is specified at the top is the root as the Data Files Folder - that is the same path except for the 'Data' folder itself. For example, if your DAta Files Folder is C:\SierraChart\Data, then the installation folder for the update should be C:\SierraChart. If it is different, then stop and let us know. Otherwise, you should not be having any issue with the update. Run it again and let us know if there is anything stated in the update log, or select the button to send us the log and let us know.
