So after a few days of having my computer turned off, all of my 'nqh23_CME' charts went blank and then I saw a red 'failed to download' message. Also, I keep getting a message in my message log that says 'error writing to cached intraday data file. Error writing record to file C:/SierraChart/Data/NQH23-CME.scid. Error: Windows error code 1392 I have tried to 'delete all data and downloads' however my nqh23-CME charts now only show the first several candlestick. Also, every other contract (e.g. mnqh23 or ESH23) seem fine, so its just this nqh23 contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
