After selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC for the Current Selected Service, you need to select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window. then wait 10 seconds and open the window again and then you should have the list of servers. This process is necessary as the Server List needs to be downloaded from Rithmic.
