Our guess is that there is a corrupted default spreadsheet file. We need for you to go to the Sierra Chart Data folder (typically C:\SierraChart\Data) using your file explorer window and delete (or move to a different folder) the file named DefaultSpreadsheetStudy.scss. Note that the location of the folder above may differ on your system based on the location to which you installed your Sierra Chart. But the folder under the main Sierra Chart will be named Data. If you are unsure of where this is located, then open Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths and look at the entry for Data Files Folder. That is the folder you want to go to. After you move/remove that file then try opening a Spreadsheet Study again and see if you have the same issue. Just be aware that if you had saved a Spreadsheet with that name, then you will need to redo that spreadsheet.
