The index does not load properly and states 'historical data download cancelled' and will not show live data. We need to see the entire message log related to this. Instructions:Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
