The main thing we need to understand is whether you are having any issues with these particular symbols in your Main Instance. If you do not have any charts open for them in the main instance, then please open one and see if you are getting the data in the Main Instance without any problem. If you are having issues with the data in the Main Instance, then we need to see your Message Log from the Main Instance. If you are getting the data in the Main Instance correctly, then go to the Sub-Instance where you are having the issue and for each chart that has a problem select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download.
