If you have not saved the Chartbook since you made that change, then close the chartbook (File >> Close Chartbook) and do not save when it prompts you to do so. Then reopen the chartbook and you should have everything back to the last time you saved. If you have already saved, then the only option is to go to the saved Backups and find one that is from before you made the change.
