What you can do to confirm you are receiving all the data is to go to Chart >> Chart Settings. Set the Days-Minutes-Seconds setting to 1-0-0. Let us know what the Start Time and End Time are set to. Add the Volume study to the chart. Look at the Volume value for the second to last bar in the chart and let us know what that is. One simple way to look at the second to last bar is to scroll the chart back by one bar and you will see the Volume displayed on the top line of the chart region for the volume.
