You need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as well as to be able to connect to a broker (even for the Teton Order Routing Service). You changed your package to the Base Advanced (Package 5) on January 4, 2023. You need to change this back to the Integrated Advanced (Package 11) in order to get everything working again.
