Hello:

I was wondering if you could please help me out everything was working great unit tonight I don't know what happen I don't have Denali data feed livestreaming anymore I have login to My account 40******* Edge Clear LLC broker/Ironbeam. I have also made payment in the amount of $23.00 my service fees are $11.00. I have tried everything Please advice I have surplus funds of over $90.00 in my Sierra Chart account and I have login to my trading account with Edge Clear and resign the agreement. I don't know what to do please help. See the error I am getting below.

You need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as well as to be able to connect to a broker (even for the Teton Order Routing Service).

You changed your package to the Base Advanced (Package 5) on January 4, 2023. You need to change this back to the Integrated Advanced (Package 11) in order to get everything working again.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
