We have not seen this before and have no idea what it means. You would have to ask IB what this particular message means. But, the one thing we can tell you is that IB made some changes a few months ago and as such you need to ensure that you are on the most recent versions of both the Sierra Chart and the IB software (the most recent "Stable" version of the IB software). Make sure this is the case first to ensure that this is not related to these previous changes.
