Post From: Rithmic Permission Denied after installing Sierra Chart Again

Hello,

I deleted my instance of Sierra Chart from my pc yesterday and reinstalled it.

Now when I connect to Rithmic, I am getting a permission denied message.

I have a funded account that includes Rithmic Data.

I have read the instructions here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

I have triple checked my username and password.

I have reached out to my broker, and they said I am good to go on their side.

How can I resolve this issue?
